How do you Give Aloha?
There are two easy ways to Give Aloha this year to help support CEF of Hawaii. The first way is by giving at your local Food Land grocery store when you check out. Scroll down a little to see the details on how this works.

The second way is by clicking the "Give Aloha Now" button on the right. This will take you to our online giving portal for Give Aloha. This year we wanted to provide an alternate way for people to "Give Aloha" during September. Maybe you shop at Times or Safeway and don't have a Makai card. Or maybe you always intend to give, but when you're shopping your mind isn't on CEF and you forget to give in the store.
Well we've got you covered this year! Your gift won't be matched by Foodland, but we will include it with our end of September "Give Aloha" total as a “matching” gift from a local supporter. This way you’ll still be a part of Give Aloha and we can celebrate together the total support God raises for CEF this month.
Or... Give at Food Land Today!
When Can I Donate?
From Sept. 1-30, when you make a donation at any Foodland, Sack N Save, or Foodland Farms stores; Foodland and the Western Union Foundation will match a portion of each donation.
How Do I Donate?
When you are checking out from your local Foodland, show your Maika‘i Card and inform the cashier you would like to make a donation to CEF of Hawaii (registration code, 77163).
You may give up to $249 during the month of September (donations exceeding $249 will not be matched).
If you do not have a Maika‘i Card, you may request one at checkout. Donations made without a Maika’i card will not be matched.
Any donation must be made payable to Foodland, Sack N Save, or Foodland Farms.

Please note that ALL gifts given through the Give Aloha program go to CEF of Hawaii's General Fund. These resources are used to help sustain the ministry and programs of CEF of Hawaii throughout the year. We are unable to process gifts for individual missionaries through Give Aloha this year.
Is My Donation Tax Deductible?
Yes!
Save your store receipt for tax purposes since it will be the only record you will have of your donation. The amount donated and CEF of Hawaii will appear on your receipt. Contributions are tax deductible as permitted by law.

You MUST retain your Foodland reciept for your own tax records. CEF of Hawaii will NOT be able to give individual reciepts for gifts given through Give Aloha this year. We recieve one lump sum through this program and no information about individuals who give through the program.
