The screening process involves several small steps followed by a secure national background screening by an organization called "Protect My Ministry". You may use the links on the right to complete the following steps first.

Read the worker’s compliance agreement

When you have completed each of the above using the links on the right, please gather the following before starting the official background screening form.

Please have the following information ready:

Brief description of your Salvation Experience

Pastor Reference Contact Information

Your drivers license
-
Your social security number
-
The addresses for the last three places you have lived
Once you have all of the items above ready, please click the green "start" button on the right. You will be taken to a SECURE website to complete the online background screening form.
